1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MERGET Ventures website and placing orders through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Products & Availability

All products listed on our platform are subject to availability. MERGET Ventures reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustration purposes; actual products may vary slightly in appearance.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in KES and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of your order confirmation is the price you will pay.

4. Orders & Payments

Orders are placed and confirmed via WhatsApp. We accept payment through M-Pesa and cash on delivery (where applicable). Orders are only processed upon payment confirmation. MERGET Ventures reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability or payment failure.

5. Delivery

We offer both walk-in purchases at Royal palm mall along Ronald ngala Street,Nairobi and WhatsApp-based order arrangements. Delivery timelines and charges (where applicable) will be communicated at the time of order confirmation via WhatsApp.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges of unused, undamaged products within 7 days of purchase, accompanied by proof of purchase. Items that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for returns. Please contact us via WhatsApp or phone to initiate a return.

7. Limitation of Liability

MERGET Ventures shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the value of the products purchased.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
